Pro-Star Martial Arts is at the heart of the Woodstock Mixed Martial Arts program. Masters John Graden and Joe Brignoli have created an amazing program for safe, effective study of the mixed martial arts. As one of the Founding Member Schools of Pro-Star, the WMMA faculty trains regularly with these world class martial arts experts.
